About SK Developments

What we do

We design and build house extensions, loft conversions, garage, basement and barn conversions, renovations and new build homes. A project can start with a sketch on the back of an envelope or with full drawings from your own architect. Either way, we take responsibility for getting it approved and built.

The S&K Group

The S&K Group grew from a glazing business into a group covering glazing, building supplies and property improvement. SK Developments brings that experience together for homeowners and plot owners who want one company to handle design, approvals and construction.

How we work

• A free home visit before any price is given.
• Written, itemised quotes based on drawings, with inclusions and exclusions listed.
• Approvals in place before work starts.
• A written programme and stage payments tied to completed work.
• A completion certificate at the end.

What you will not find on this site

We do not publish reviews we cannot verify, and we do not claim accreditations we do not hold. The images on this website are computer-generated to show the types of project we build; we will add photographs of completed projects as they are finished.
