How the guide price is worked out
We start from UK-wide rates for the project type, multiply by the size you enter, add the extras you choose, and adjust for your region. The result is a range because ground conditions, access and specification vary. Prices include VAT at the rate that normally applies to that type of work.
Design fees, structural calculations and council fees are added separately in a full quote. For new build homes and small developments the price depends heavily on the site, so we ask for details instead.
